WILLIAM GThe front ratchet for the tie down straps was bent rusty and jammed.This created a problem trying to unload the car.It Would not release! Otherwise the trailer worked well.
ROBERT JThe location where I picked up the trailer was not the location I chose. Apparently the location I chose had no space for trailers or vehicles to rent so I don't see the point in having that as a location option. It was quite frustrating considering I had planned my errands around picking it up at that specific location. Are there?I am extremely unimpressed , and quite upset by your policy , which was required to verify me in order to rent. Why I was forced to give names and phone numbers of other people without their consent was extremely frustrating , especially being put on the spot and asked this information at the time I picked up the trailer. The person even asked for a child's name and number which I refused to give. The person obviously had no training or information as to how this policy works and why as when asked why I had to provide this information and why this policy wasn't disclosed earlier in order to get permission from people ahead of time I received a rude and flippant remark that he has to do it to rent and that it needs to turn blue. I had to provide the requested information as I had a moving deadline; however, It will not rent from you again with such an unclear, and invasive policy.
