LAWRENCE DHad to pick up and drop off at a different. The guy was great but the pickup location was packed and hard to backup a trailer.
MICHAEL SBill was amazing. He met us on New Year's day when U Haul was technically closed to get us our truck so we could be ready the next morning. He went out of his way to make our move smooth!
