Don't call customer saying you can't have it for the rented time then ask for it to be returned earlier, without offering a discount. Please call me Thanks Stephen
steve pThe location is not very clean, the trailer was not cleaned upon pick up. The agent at this location charged $30 extra for insurance whereas we didn't ask for it and told him to cancel it. He never cancelled it.
AMRITPAL GThe interior of the truck didn't have garbage in it but the cupholders and dash area had dirt stuck to it. My only issue with U-Haul is the booking personnel. This time the pickup location was changed again which I can understand may happen, but the new location didn't have the same hours as the old location. The booking personnel didn't check any of that before re-booking the pickup location. Thankfully I did check ahead of time and confirmed I would also have to change my pickup time, but that should be done by the booking personnel. If I didn't check I would have got to the location 30-60 minutes before it was even open. That side of customer service needs improvement.
