The interior of the truck didn't have garbage in it but the cupholders and dash area had dirt stuck to it. My only issue with U-Haul is the booking personnel. This time the pickup location was changed again which I can understand may happen, but the new location didn't have the same hours as the old location. The booking personnel didn't check any of that before re-booking the pickup location. Thankfully I did check ahead of time and confirmed I would also have to change my pickup time, but that should be done by the booking personnel. If I didn't check I would have got to the location 30-60 minutes before it was even open. That side of customer service needs improvement.

The man working at the off was friendly and fast
Jacob FThe App to do remote pickup didn't work. It took an hour to get the keys to the truck only to go to start it and the battery was totally dead. Another hour to coordinate U-Haul road side assistance (call center in Arizona). It took as long to get the rental as it did to load the truck. U-Haul has a standard $50 credit for any and all issues experienced by their customers. Moving is stressful enough without trying to get the rental started. Six peoples' time is worth more the $50.

DALE NI’ve been renting from U-Haul for as long as I can remember and never have. I had such a poor experience that I’ve had at this location! I’m sorry I don’t mean to sound mean but the guy there needs to retire. His brain is scattered and going 1,000,000 miles a minute! That place is one big cluster. You can’t even turn around in there. It’s a disaster. It should not even be a U-Haul dealer! I kept getting invoices for the same U-Haul trailer that I returned on January 17. Obviously the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. I am not impressed at all! It took several phone calls to get this finally fixed!
