I’ve been renting from U-Haul for as long as I can remember and never have. I had such a poor experience that I’ve had at this location! I’m sorry I don’t mean to sound mean but the guy there needs to retire. His brain is scattered and going 1,000,000 miles a minute! That place is one big cluster. You can’t even turn around in there. It’s a disaster. It should not even be a U-Haul dealer! I kept getting invoices for the same U-Haul trailer that I returned on January 17. Obviously the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. I am not impressed at all! It took several phone calls to get this finally fixed!

The battery was dead when we were ready to go however the man working in the office had the truck charged and ready to go within 5 mins of his arrival to the office

RICHARD P1. Ensure equipment does not smell of cigarette smoke prior to customers accepting equipment (health hazard to be taken seriously). Location personal not concerned when made aware of. 2. Location personal not pleasant (curt, short and dismissive). 3. Ensure equipment is swept out prior to accepting equipment. 4. Not to bill additional fuel charge after equipment has been returned filled. 5. Assist return same day customers with on site parking.
RICHARD GNot the best of locations for parking. Limited on site parking. So average for location, but Operator was friendly and efficient. No complaints.
