The Uhaul itself seemed beat up. It was clean but it ran very rough and shifted hard. Shifting into 2nd it jolts, and also for 3rd gear. The Uhaul was the perfect size for what I needed and it drove generally well, definitely needs some attention in the suspension department and it seems like it needs new mounts for the motor and transmission.

April FEducate the employee. Clarify rental insurance policy..not all coverage accepted. Special insurance required. Refunds not always returned unless contract accepts insurance. Insurance must clearly state hauls specific in your policy...Don Juan has uhaul rental insurance on policy print!!!
