The lot was packed with vehicles and it was not clear where it would be okay to drop off the trailer. A security guard was able to help us drop it off, but it was on the very edge of the lot, partially blocking the entry because that was the only place it could be left.
elijah R.Getting my uhaul took at least 30 minutes. My contract wouldn't complete then when I cancelled to attempt to reserve it as a walk in it wasn't available. The location owner was very helpful but the online website was so slow. Then waiting for my my application to be approved took 5-10 minutes. It delayed my entire moving plan.

Rolando A.Folks there were cool and helpful, but this place is a dump. Very little parking, no clear signs, virtually no room to drop off even a small trailer. Drop-off OK I guess, but would not want to pick up there.
