The mileage was incorrect. Off by 80 miles... Bonnie made arrangements to edit the start mileage. Sadly, we failed to look at the gas gauge while distracted by the mileage. The gas tank was NOT full. I didn't realize until I was already gone from the pick up. After my 70 mile round trip, I wound up putting $22.00 in gas in the vehicle. Hardly what 70 miles equals. Next time I'll be checking these items more clearly or using a different service. This location is close and convenient, but they've got to try to get it together. The van was dirty inside as well. Shout out to Bonnie for being helpful.

I made a reservation with a location in Lexington a month in advance, and was notified the day before that they didn’t have a vehicle for me. Fortunately, this location had one, but because I had to drive it to Lexington and back, it ended up costing me a lot more.
