Uhaul website said they were open on Sat till noon. They were not. I had no direction on how to return trailer. I had to call customer service, download apps. Should have been explained at time off pick up
MICHAEL VHave the equipment at the location where it was to be rented. Have the vehicle size which was rented. Uhaul really isn't holding up to a very good standard. This happens alot of bait and switch on size n location for rentals.
