There was 64$ not including taxes in Gas related fees when I filled the tank to the same amount it started at. Do not believe it was right to be charged as such. Would not recommend getting a U-Haul at Cranberry mini mart.

This place admitted that they gave away our truck and the furniture pads that we had reserved. They had another truck for us but not the furniture pads. The person working was not very sure about what he was doing. He also put the wrong mileage in so it was confusing upon return.

Joe BPoorly maintained and staffed. I contacted them several times right after dropping off the truck about important items I left in the glovebox. They never even replied.
Daniel NThis drop off location is incorrect. The Cranberry two. location is actually where I had to drive to pick up the rental that I used. The drop off location is legion way, Morehead, KY. Not sure how you operate your business if you cannot keep track of your vehicles. FYI The unit that I rented is now at Morehead , KY., not in Cranberry TWP. PA. I could see how vehicle theft and especially recovery is obviously a major problem for you.
