Got told to fill up gas tank. Told tank was full. "This will be easy tank is full." Tank appeared full but was actually 5 gallons short of that. Told by boss that there's " nothing he could do.". It's not like I was asking for much. On top of it all i drove 7 miles in that truck. Had it for 1 hr. Yes i used gas but not 5 gallons.

It was raining very heavily at the time of pickup. The location of the key pickup wasn’t sheltered at all. Instead it had an extra heavy downflow directly above it. My son got drenched to the bone getting the key.

I picked up the truck the back of the truck had oil spilled and then smeared all over the back of the floor i had to then use the moving pads they had to be able to even put the my items in the truck without ruining them then i called after returning the truck to let uhual know what happened they were supposed to put a note and have the company call me and not charge me for using the pads the company never contacted me and still charged me for using the moving pads this is pathetic and i am so beyond upset i use uhual atleast once a month usually more and this makes me think i won’t anymore

One of or worst moving experiences ever! Couldn't get the truck we ordered, despite making a reservation a month in advance!. Had to settle for a much shorter truck, but only after being hassled by the clerk who wanted to give us an even shorter one, and who insisted that we had it for only 1/2 a day instead of the 24 hours we had booked. You people need to find another business model.

I booked a truck at a local spot- got a call from Uhaul at 9:45 telling me that truck was delayed due to late customer return. She found as a replacement truck. It did require us to drive further and did delay our moving by about 45 minutes, unfortunately. Both sales people were a pleasure to deal with no hassles. I appreciate them finding a replacement truck so quickly.

As always OakLawn Car Wah location is professional & friendly... the one big problem was the website experience I had trouble ordering the vehicle & had to call the location- which of course they helped & then on pick up day the website had problems with getting the paperwork done. I hope the website is fixed so it is customer friendly & paperwork can be done in a reasonable time.
