The lift gate on this trailer was defective. The agent that installed the trailer had a hard time opening it and struggled to get it closed. I had the same problem. I had to pull it down numerous times before it would close. Once the trailer was opened, it was filthy, full of dirt and mud. I had to get a leaf blower to clean it out, twice before it was semi clean. The trailer should have been inspected after the last rental. I was very disappointed.
