The manager lied to both you and I twice. She had no intention of showing up at the nursery until she was ready, thinking we would wait on her I have used u-Haul for years and until now I was understanding and together we made the rental work. She cost me over $400 in paying help and time that I could load my truck. If a manager wants to discuss this job and rental location I will be glad too.

The 6 x 12 trailer door latch mechanism was busted loose. I didn’t notice till I opened the door to load my cargo. Fortunately, the door held shut during transport of my cargo. I reported the broken latch.
