They didn’t have the dolly that we needed despite being able to book it online.
Allison SWhen I returned the vehicle the staff (Mark) was very short tempered, rude, demeaning and totally unprofessional. He was even rude to my wife. The truck had a che k engine light on from the time I picked it up and Mark said it was an oxygen sensor light and wouldn't hinder the operation of the truck. I would advise anyone and everyone to NOT use that location of U-Haul for anything. If I ever need a U-Haul again I will drive out of my way to avoid using that location
