I thought you all were great! I especially love the idea of just leaving the truck after hours and putting the key in the dropbox. I had rented from U-Haul in the past and returned it someplace else and I had to jump through hoops in order to not be charged extra and I was still charged because I couldn’t download their stupid app. But this was wonderful. I would go back there anytime.
