Nothing, it went seamlessly, I rented a 5 x 8 covered trailer to move my daughter around 3 hours away. We had plenty of room for all of her belongings. The trailer was great with the exception that I could still hear my wife crying in that trailer all the way home. I just turned up the music. On site staff were a pleasure to work with. Polite, efficient and informative. On the surface, truck looked, ran well, but near the end of my move the vehicle experienced an overheating problem. It didn't effect my move, but had to ride in a hot truck to prevent the vehicle from overheating.

The attendant was super nice and very helpful BUT...I did not know on the web site that I might not actually get my rental place of choice. I live in city x. No rentals available within 30 mi, so I chose city y. Then, less than 24 hrs before pickup, Uhaul called me and gave me city z, 2 hours away! So I asked them to change to something closer. This lack of detail and last minute change was NOT obvious on the website and it really irritated me. When I called Uhaul to complain (and change to something closer) the woman on the phone was not sympathetic and really annoyed me further. She continued to reiterate that this caveat is in the agreement, but I don't really care. It wasn't obvious and further, how come they routed me to city y, 2 hours away but when I pushed, they gave me city x, 35 minutes away? She was super unhelpful. However, when I got to Crest Hill (city z), although the attendant there was helpful, I waited a long time because there was only one person. Then she didn't know how to install the actual ball end to my hitch (OK, maybe my fault for not doing it in advance.) But I ended up figuring it out while she was helping another customer. Mind you, it's 90 deg outside and I'm standing in the sun waiting, then I figure it out and then I wait some more. She tries to plug in the wire, but the outlet is a 7 pin. So I had to buy a $20 adapter for my van -- and it didn't work. She jammed it in there, I did it too, but it was intermittent. I thought maybe something was wrong with my van, but the best she could do is advise me to go to a REAL Uhaul store 25 mins away. At this place, there actually were trailers of the size I wanted. Maybe they were already reserved, but REALLY?? Also note, please, that the attendant at Crest Hill was suggesting to go WITHOUT THE LIGHTS WORKING! I REFUSED to do that (dear lord, that's a safety issue, no?), so I went to the real Uhaul (without my trailer) where the guy there tested the adapter and it worked. So I had to drive back 25 minutes to ask her to try it again and it worked. I have no idea why and she didn't either. So, my appointment was at 10AM and I didn't get home until 1:30PM. Since I left my house at 9AM, it took me 4 1/2 hours to get this all done. Note: I also called in advance to ask how to "test" my van and the guy on the phone there (I think this was in city y) said they only really test the lights, so no big deal. UGH. I'm not sure I will rent again from Uhaul after this experience.

They charged me 3 times, I brought back the equipment within the 6 hours. The next morning I get 2 messages stating that the account was charged 2 more times for $18.95. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 5 business days to get my refund. THIS IS BULLSHIT. NO NEED FOR THIS. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AT A U-HAUL. Its starting to look like your independent dealers are doing this on purpose to get their numbers in for the day. I will be following up with the Consumer Complaints Department here in Illinois. State Rep Lisa Madigan will be contacted.

They are so friendly & helpful at this Uhaul location. The vehicle was in great condition and even still had a "new smell" to it. My friend is moving soon and we will definitely be using Uhaul again.

The Mobile App is not any faster and is only convenient when picking up after hours. The return portion didn't mention anything about the key so I placed it in the #1 box because that was the only place I could think to put it since the lobby was closed. From now on, I'll be returning in store and requesting enough hours to do so.

This place was excellent in the fact of my so called "guaranteed" reservation at my first location had no truck for me. After 45 mins of them being able to locate another truck for me i was sent here. Upon arrival she had no confirmation in her system of a reservation for me. She however, went above and beyond with helping me and getting me a truck that was needed for that.

Had to call U Haul twice to find out what pick up cite would be, and was not told until day before rental began. U Haul should call or email customer earlier to identify pick up cite.
