Overall, it was a very good experience. The employees were professional and friendly, which made the process smooth and easy. The truck was in good shape and ran well. That said, the U-Haul space within the mixed-use business could look a bit more professional and cleaner. Also, the truck interior should be swept out before the next customer uses it. With a little more attention to cleanliness and presentation, it would be a perfect experience.

Better customer service at the beginning. I felt they should go out with the customer to do the initial walkthrough. I feel there is room for improvement on this subject.
