Stephanie SWhen someone reserves a truck and all the packing supplies thru your website, they should actually be available at the location reserved. U-Haul 800 contacted me the day before and said the truck I reserved was not available at the location. they found a truck a couple of miles away that was 2 sizes larger. they said they called the location to ensure they had the packing supplies and they supposedly did so I agreed. When we arrived, they had the truck but not the packing supplies so we had to make a trip to the original booking location to buy them. I have received multiple receipts for the rental, and I won't know which is correct until my credit card statement arrives. MESSY MESSY MESSY
