They are dealer not full fledged store. Didn't allow us to get into premises though weather was challenge, cool windy. Asked us to sit in our own car insuch challenged weather condition, but was not feasible to exchange conversation to complete rental possession process. I Do not prefer this location.

There was no office, and it felt like I was disturbing the woman. Also, my refund was wrong, and was told to get it from the pickup location, then was told it was the drop off location. I still haven’t received it!
Jason MThe trailers need trailer jacks. trying to lift that hitch off the ground and line everything up is time. consuming. plus there is more of a chance of somebody getting hurt either during loading or unloading the trailer.

Mohammad SThe inside of the drivers cab of the uhaul was fairly dirty. Lots of dog hair. Also very difficult to find the office and where to knock because this place is basically a goat farm. They were nice to deal with though.
