Terrible Pick up location! NO ONE was there, including the truck. I called UHaul and they sent me to another location and again was not with human contact. I was told there that they were CLOSED on weekends, but a key would be available in a lock box. NO LOCK BOX and the trucks were behind a locked fence. I understand that this is a rural pick up location, but this should NOT have happened. UHaul should know that this would be a problem and NOT have sent me there. It was okay for drop offs (key drop off slot) but not for pick ups! Finally, after 3 attempted locations- Gavin sent me to a UHaul truck pick up location and we were on our way.
