It's amazing that cumberland maryland and frostburg maryland can charge two hundred dollars more than if I drive a hundred miles someplace else , that's called price gouging

Make the interaction a little quicker, maybe have someone there just for the U-Haul part of the company. Overall they were very nice and professional. I understand some people have never used a car dolly but for the few who know how shouldn't have to be shown everything and the consumer has to pay for any damage, I've used one since I was 15 years old and I taught the retail location things they didn't know.
