Shop owner was very helpful with getting trailer setup. After arrived location to load my furniture the Roll up door on covered 6x12 trailer would not stay up. It was quite dangerous.

the people at the shell station were very nice and helpful. very easy to rent the truck and all went very smooth.
WYATT YHad to hook the trailer up myself. I fell and was slightly injured. When returning the trailer, I also had to place trailer on yard and unhook. I asked for a receipt that I had returned trailer in good condition, guy had counter said I would get an email. Still waiting on receipt
JIMMY DThe truck container is very dirty. The process is slow. It is also hard to refill the tank to the same level when I picked up.
HUNG NIt was a gas station that as its third or fourth business also had a few pieces of U-Haul equipment. Not your normal U-Haul location and therefore didn’t provide any assistance or advice on the car hauling trailer I rented.
