JOHN JThe location was easy to find, but a little tight to maneuver the rentals since it is at the back of a gas station with a narrow driveway. The owner was unable to assist with hookups or any equipment questions since he ran the gas station and not trained on the equipment. Luckily, I am knowledgeable of the equipment myself and was able to deal with the equipment, i.e. loading the auto transport. If a customer was unable to do this themselves, it could have created a problem and an unsafe process.
MICHAEL T1. Mobile app experience is clunky and I couldn’t complete self check in with it. 2. Truck didn’t include a loading ramp despite having an 18” step to get into the cargo area. 3. Truck was old and in need of minor repairs 4. Floorboards were dirty with mud.
