Had to hook the trailer up myself. I fell and was slightly injured. When returning the trailer, I also had to place trailer on yard and unhook. I asked for a receipt that I had returned trailer in good condition, guy had counter said I would get an email. Still waiting on receipt

The truck container is very dirty. The process is slow. It is also hard to refill the tank to the same level when I picked up.
HUNG NIt was a gas station that as its third or fourth business also had a few pieces of U-Haul equipment. Not your normal U-Haul location and therefore didn’t provide any assistance or advice on the car hauling trailer I rented.
RYAN SMy wife dropped off the trailer, but the guy would not even speak to her. Not helpful and not friendly.
