I had an appointment at 12:30 and the attendant was gone and didn't show up until 12:45. There was a long line of people waiting. He asked if we knew how to hook up the trailer and came out only to take a picture and left... he didn't verify anything.

Let customers know employees will not be available during lunch breaks. I drove an hour to the location to pick up the equipment to find out that the employee on duty was on lunch. When paying for the equipment, the pre-disclosed discounted rate was not applied.

Annie STaillight was out on the truck we were given. We didn’t know this until we were on our way home and my wife was following me, she alerted me that the left rear light and turn signal was not working.
