No improvement needed!!! The reservation center thought the business where I picked up the truck would be open on Saturday. they were not. The business noticed the reservation day and came into the store anyway! A+customer service!!
LORI RI have rented from this location twice. Both times I elected to have no insurance because my insurance company covers my rental. Both times insurance was added back in. Had to call U-Haul to get the insurance taken off. I made both reservations via the on line U-Haul site. If a customer elects to NOT have insurance then don’t add back in especially add it back in without talking to the customer . .
JAMES WWhen I made the reservation i turned down all insurance, but you guys charged me 8 dollars anyway. My insurance covers rentals of trailers. Would like the 8 dollars reimbursed.
