Dropped off vehicle in the dark at unmanned location. Was searching for a suitable location to park (limited options) when someone showed up to pick up their vehicle. Problem solved. Had that not occurred, I might have been charged for whatever unsuitable space I might have been forced to choose. No contact with business, or employees, so cannot fairly rate them. Average for available parking.
Daniel C.The local management at creative printing was fantastic. Unfortunately, the digital check in process was poor. The back of my license wouldn't scan and pic would not process. Worked with the trouble shooting team for over an hour. The young woman we spoke with was lovely and helped as best as she could. However, chain of command, added to frustration by having us trying to continue to try reloading resulting only in failure. The women from the print shop returned my call and got the issue resolved in quick fashion. The other issue we had was with the truck. It was raining out and soaked the mattress. I would recommend this location but avoid the digital checkin process.
