The pick up location was a local garage that was cluttered and junky. My rental was not ready when I arrived and covered in bird droppings from being parked under a tree.

The service was excellent

I had trailer till Monday but made a call to him on Sunday evening and he took the trailer in so I could be free of it, David was very friendly on phone and would deal with him again.

I had to drive 100 miles out of my way to get the truck and trailer. You used to deliver them to the nearest location. It would be nice if you started doing that again.

Lynette S.

Moron #1 Great at repairing your trailer equipment. Terrible at actually writing up an accurate billing contract. Way over charged me, lied about the cost of my rental and caused this customer all sorts of headaches and hassle.

We made a reservation for a truck and auto transport on Monday June 25th to be picked up on Friday morning June 29th in the Panhandle town of Hereford, Texas. On Thursday (6/28), I went in to the facility where we placed our reservation, Triple H Overhead Doors, to help my roommate pick up her rental. While there, I checked in with the staff about our reservation for the next day. Later that evening, at 5:10PM, we received a text message indicating that there was no available equipment for us, leaving us in a total bind because we had to hit the road on Saturday to be in Austin for work on Monday. As we began to call around, no one in the Panhandle area had any equipment available except for a few small cargo trailers here and there, which our cars were not able to tow. When I spoke to someone in Lubbock, they reported that they were instructed to put a hold on all reservations as there was no equipment available within a 150 mile radius. Essentially, the ENTIRE area (including parts of New Mexico) was out of trucks and transports and no one at Uhaul was available or able to assist me. I was met with rude customer service members both at the contracted sites and over the phone with Uhaul personnel...that is, when I was finally able to get a hold of them. We waited on hold for a very long time on each and every call. After getting a team of my family and friends to call around more, we found a truck that actually had made it there by chance. It was 2 hours away from our town of Friona in Dalhart, TX. So we drove there and back to retrieve it and in the end we wasted 5 hours renting the truck and making the round trip. Because we had to make a day-of reservation for both a 15' truck and full auto transport, we paid over $1,000 before insurance. Our original reservation estimate was around $700. Moving is expensive enough. This experience has made this process more challenging, costly and frustrating than it should be. Your systems are clearly flawed and all personnel seemed unwilling or unable to help. As the company that monopolizes the cross-country moving industry, we expect you to do better. We hope that you can somehow compensate us for the time, travel, and money that was expended because of the errors made by the management of your operations.

Truck was supposed to be in Dumas, had to travel 45 miles each way to Dalhart to pickup. Facility is a mechanic shop and owner is the only one who can do paperwork, had to wait while he helped his customers. Truck was not clean, there were several oieces of wood and loose screws all over the floor. Did not have the moving blankets reserved, had to go back to Dumas for those and when I got there they did not have enough to complete reservation.

We returned a trailer and it was never checked back in. Working with corporate via 1-800 number is a fiasco and the customer service is horrible. Jennings if fine . . . . corporate is not.

drivers window taped shut completely. wires hanging from under dash. fuel not full took 37 gallons to go 98 miles with empty truck

Immediate attention as I pulled into the location. Quick turnaround. Good people!!

I rent from U-haul often. The Borger location is my favorite location to rent from not only because of its short distance from my residence, but because of its personel. The one U-haul representive is especially helpful, I believe her name is Yolanda. She alway knows exactly what is onsite and can give a very close ballpark answer of equipment that will be arriving. I have been to this location many times and more often than not Yolanda is working. She must put in many hours a week. Her dedication to her company is admirable.. The location is always very proffesionally kept up and the equipment is in superior mechanical condition. Yolanda keeps the Borger location running like a well oiled machine.

Owner/Operator very knowledgeable and friendly.

Trailer was perfect, dolly was broken and ended up calling for help to move appliances. Made owner aware, didn't seem to care. I had a trailer in Saturday, showed up at shop at 11:30, hours are posted 8-12, no one there. Called the number, owner said he would call when he got an appliance dolly checked in, but never did. When I dropped the trailer at 5pm Saturday, appliance dolly was there inside the shop by the door. I had to pay $52 for a trailer and dolly because the owner doesn't follow through.

Owner was very helpful and courteous.

I put a reservation in at a uhaul facility it College Station for my move. I put the reservation in three weeks in advance to ensure things would go smoothly. They failed to deliver, and ultimately pissed me off. So I made one phone call to my hometown and Bo took care of me. I give no credit to uhaul for my satisfaction. They are worthless. Bo Jennings is the real hero of this story.

Found ourselves 300 miles into a road trip traveling across country, in New Mexico trying to load a van that would not fit on the car hauler. After fussing with uhaul about the van being stock and their sizing computer being wrong, they found us a place in Dalhart Tx to drop the car hauler. Mr Jennings, at this location was nice however uhaul is refusing a refund for the car hauler!!!! And we still had to drive two vehicles separately across country, the uhaul box truck and the van... thanks uhaul

Artiela W.

Jennings Tire was great. The uhaul customer service center was awful! I spoke to Megan about picking up our truck, only to be told we would have to drive an hour and a half to pick it up! After a heated discussion, we got a smaller truck with a trailer in our town. Get your act together, Uhaul! Deliver what you promise!

David at Jennings was very accommodating and helpful.

Providing contracted vehicle size, instead of what was availiable at contracted location, you really dropped the ball on this one, not happy with being forced to take a smaller vehicle. Dealing with Amiriilo office was bullshit, no help, take it or leave it, thanks for nothing.
