No problems with the truck or pickup location. It was a 70 mile drive there, U-Haul gave us an additional 90 miles to compensate.

Trash in back of the truck windows were nasty and I was told I was being given an extra day and got charged for it. Truck had transmission issues and uhaul customer service couldn't find my reservation to try to get something done about it and they lied to me never use uhaul again.

The operator of this location has minimal options. Vehicle was unwashed, bug on windshield. Mileage was not accurate in system so I've had to dispute the milage charge. Now he's charging to wash an already dirty (on the outside) truck. Will NEVER deal with this location again. Just now called me to tell me he can't find the keys in the Key drop box. However does find the in box while on phone with me. What the hell kind of business is he running. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS LOCATION.
