Lonna F.It took almost an hour to check the trailer in and I sat in a hot, dirty building while waiting. My father was a U haul dealer and I had worked for him. It never took more than 15 minutes to check in a trailer. This was ridiculous and I felt like they were looking hard for something to charge me for.
mike E.Called to set up a time to drop off the trailer and the lady that answered was extremely rude and unhelpful to a point. Didn't want to be bothered with having to meet us there to handle the return of the trailer. Will NOT use this location in the future nor will I recommend them.
