Drop off was a bail bond location in one of the worst spots in Dallas, no one present, my daughter and I were approached by a young man who was looking to get in, ask my daughter to use her phone, then proceeds to tell us he was just released from prison. Kind of a scary situation for my daughter and I.
William BCard was overcharged. Fraudulent charge for rental.
ANDRE VDid not have included the equipment that I paid for. Created a domino effect with my move and the movers I had hired for a certain amount of time.
Chelsea HMake sure vehicles have been properly cleaned between customers & replace badly worn bed liners in vehicles that have them.
