The actual pickup and customer service was great. The problem was when I got to the location to load my items I originally thought it was 25 to 30 blankets/moving covers but was over 50 and a dolly. We had to remove them in order to load our personal items then double back to get navigating Dallas, Aledo and Fortworth traffic adding about 100 additional miles and 4 hours to my rental. I could have returned the truck the same day but had to double back the next morning. I was charged for extra mileage, gas and late return. Please credit this funds back to my card and provide compensation for have to move move that stuff and reload it. You can improve by Ensuring the truck is empty for the customer. I sent pictures of all those moving blankets & dolly. Thanks

jose aThe truck was very loud and slow , because the catalytic converter was missing. And the clerk stated that it was ok to drive because I was only using the truck locally and I returned the truck after 7:00 pm and put the key in the box . And I’m not sure when the check the box. They end up charging me for 2 days. Terrible place
