The only issue (perhaps not related to this specific location but uhaul system) is that our reservation was changed to another location then changed back. We went to the wrong location. Hope that Uhaul system can do better on communication to keep customers up to date.

This people that work with y'all charged me 52 miles for an In town move that was only a 20 mile ( really less ) trip.... other times I have used uhaul before people walk you to your truck ... go thru the miles and walk around with you ... equipment is clean etc . This location completely different...It was my fault for not looking at the miles true but after talking to the owner there about it he try to throw an object at me and told me to get out ... I won't be using uhaul no more in the future . Bad customer service experience

I was given a truck that was not road worthy. I will most likely never use U-Haul again and I have used them all my life. It was dangerous and I almost got in a wreck as the truck broke down. I barely made it off the road safely and had to transfer all my possessions by myself in the rain. I should be compensated at least half the cost of the move or I will choose to never use you again.

Was given 1 price over the phone. Encountered a very aggressive upsell. After debating for 3 min. And showing my phone that I call 32 min ago and was given a price only then was a small truck provided for the $$ promised. I drove under 5 miles was charged for 9. Filled up for $3. I drove Lea then 5 miles. Was also charged 7.50 for gas. Total crooks. Called to inquire about this was given some BS story. Total shit experience. And got ripped off.

Make sure vehicle maintenance is updated. The reverse kept going into Neutral. And hard to place in drive. Make sure mileage is correct and go out with the customer to identify the mileage and any markings on the truck to even how to lift the back of the truck. I was told the vehicle was in between 1/4 and 3/4 ans bring vehicle back on 1/4 tank. I place $4.00 in the tank I drove up to total 3 miles. I paid cash and didn't have a receipt so the company charged me for gas over 10.00 for gas. I feel this location did not access the situation properly. Customers should be right especially when it is clear the vehicle was not driven over 10 miles and the vehicle shift wasn't working properly. Instead they said it's not their problem I should've informed them earlier. And became arguably with the customer. Not professional with customers with concerns.

The location and people were nice. However, I will never recommend or use uhaul again. I tried to rent a 10ft uhaul, and uhaul would not let them release it to me. They had 2 available. Uhaul said they were in town only, even though the truck had in writing on the side “ONE WAY or in town”!! We ended up renting a 26 ft, which was a disaster. I could not even get gas without fear of having an accident. Horrible experience

Make sure the truxk match the paperwork before customer leaves the property.


There is no signage so you know what building to go in. The truck we reserved was not there but they upgraded to a larger truck without additional expense. When we got to our apartment and opened the back, it was dirty. There was trash, nails and broken glass so we had to clean it before we could use it.

Not let a truck that has a battery issue leave the shop. Just saying that “it's been sitting a week and with the cold weather” as an explanation for why you had to jump the truck before giving to a customer. “Just let it run 10 minutes or so once you get to your destination” is not ideal instructions for a customer. I made sure to ask if this would be a problem for me and was assured that it would not. I let it run for over thirty minutes after I arrived at my destination and once turned off it would not start again. Had to jump it just to get to my final destination. Figure the kick the can down the road approach was implemented...just waiting on a one way trip to make it someone else's problem.
