We lost time the original reservation, we received text and email confirmation and when arrive pickup truck the 20’ not available Increíble

It was the 6th or 7th location I was told to go to. I reserved trailer for Irving and even with many phone calls confirming pick up location. I started getting text and emails two days before with other locations. Was told one thing on phone, 10 minutes later get another text with a totally different address than what we just agreed to on phone

Not much room for drop-off, but very nice people there.

Office personnel showed up an hour after posted opening time, putting my move an hour behind schedule. Car hauler was attached INCORRECTLY to moving truck, even after I verbally confirmed with representative "Did you get the hitch locked and everything?" and he said "Yessir, you're good to go!" The trailer came off the ball when I pulled my car onto it, which was very dangerous, but not as dangerous as it would have been if that hadn't happened and it had come loose on the highway. UNACCEPTABLE.

The store front could use an upgrade.

The agent arrived 30 minutes late for our appointment to pick up the truck (which was an issue because we had movers waiting for us when we returned home late). Then, the truck cab smelled awful. My husband had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes and leave the windows open overnight in our driveway to make it tolerable for the cross-country trip.

I purchased pads and dolly’s for self pick up, the rep that I spoke to indicated that they would have them in the truck the night before - so my early pick-up wouldn’t be delayed. No pads or Dolly’s were placed in the U-Haul

Out of the way from my location.

Location was difficult to find. Office is not at the location on Google maps. Location over billed me charging me for 6 days of rental even though I only rented the trailer for less than 1 day during my same day pick up and drop off.

I got charged for a dolly and moving pads that I never received or were even made available. I was delayed an hour due to my license not being from the same state that I was moving in (obviously using UHaul because I'm moving, out of state license should be normal), and that hour that I was on the phone with customer service/ going through the verification process twice was deducted from my 4 hours of paid usage leaving me with only 3 hours of use. I couldn't be more upset with my UHaul experience and recommend my contacts never use the service.

the office was very difficult to find, however the guy at the yard was real nice to give directions. my GPS took me to the lot not the office the office was a couple of blocks away.
