Joseph SIce ramp I fell. gate was broken unable to get truck out. Reserved truck was given to another customer.
ANNETTE NThe truck was located across the street in a fenced area. Recommend when clients have confirmed that the truck should be move closer to location as it had room. The air did not work in the truck, it was unbearable at times
