Charged me 100 dollars more than the price i was told i was going to pay, didn’t ask how far i was going and charged me for gas after i filled up to the amount i received it.

MYNOR L1. You changed locations on me the night before the rental 2.the website and App are buggy and I could not log on. 3. The hours at the site I rented from were very restrictive (closed at 5:00 p.m.) and 4. there was no sign anywhere in sight that said U-Haul
