SCOTT PCustomer service at the rental location was great. I had a great experience w Scott at CDLS but I had an "E" something on file so I could not rent the truck till it was cleared up. I called the number provided and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, she explained that I had an unpaid balance from 2022 but it had been taken care of already. She then put me on hold for several more minutes and when she came back on, she said I was all set to continue with the truck rental. I asked her why the "E" was still showing up even though the problem had already been taken care of and she said it was a mistake on her end. I run a business and my truck broke down thus renting a truck. The delay with the "E" put me way behind schedule and cost me money. Unacceptable!!
