Truck was fine (not very clean in cab). Went to pick up on a Sunday morning and truck was blocked in by other trucks. Had to call to get someone to move trucks. My call was answered quickly and truck was moved 20 minutes later.

Joseph EI had an E Alert when I tried to rent for the second time so I was held up on my reservation. Which was ever frustrating since the E Alert was for nothing when I called to clear it up.
Shannon HI requested a van and I also called the night before to make sure it was available. I had to call customer service the morning of picking it up and they told me that it was not setup and I had to use a truck, which was behind two others. I got most of my stuff to my new place when a warning light came on and I had to return the truck. The app was also impossible to use, very glitchy.
