How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe personnel at this location were very accommodating, answered all of our questions and responded to our concerns about using technology that was unfamiliar to us. The van itself had not been cleaned before we picked it up, but evidently had been reported as stolen and so did not go through the usual return process prior to our rental. The vehicle completely met our needs, and we will definitely use this service again if we need a transport vehicle. Thank you so much!
ROMAN JStaff were great and helpful
Richard KDirt in the back of truck. Broken emergency equipment inside the cab between two seats.
REEM AManager who spoke to me on the phone from uhaul very rude. If you do not supply vehecles in a certain area why do you advertize them and make a customer go through the whole proccess and then call to say that area has no trucks or vans ever. I have tried several times and always forced to drive 20 miles out of my way to get vehicle
