Scheduled a 20ft truck two weeks in advance. The day of pickup they only had a 10ft available. I had to move my entire house with a small truck and make multiple trips instead of one. This caused more charged mileage, gas, stress, and more work. Totally unsatisfactory!!! The excuse was that the U-Haul app doesn’t communicate with rental locations to see what is available. I will never again use U-Haul!
