The guy working in the office (I'm sorry I can't remember his name), very kind and professional. Only issue I had was with the truck. It wouldn't start, barely made it up hills with the truck full. Waited 4 hours for help. Finally got the truck started on my own, no one ever showed up. Good think the clerk suggested I extend my rental time or I'd owe more money. A move that should've only taken maybe 4 hours took 8.
