The check in experience in with the phone app was one of the worst technological experiences ive ever had. Just a complete waste of time and ultimately cost me 45 minutes due to having to redo taking pictures and the app not working. Then the app penalized me by still making me return the rental at the same time even though it was single handedly the reason i took so long. Ill probably never go through uhaul again because of it.
