Location was fine however if there was any other truck rental in the area other than UHAUL I would use them. It’s a literal nightmare trying to deal with their Mobil pick up. The app is total garbage. Took over an hour just to get keys

CYNTHIA MBetter internet service. Truck parked too far from the building in a poor cell phone reception area. Leaving slow to no service. Therefore slowing down the online process.
Roger LWould never use self service pickup for truck pickup. Would only go to a location that is a service center area.
