We had originally planned to rent a 15 foot truck, however none of the locations in Central Illinois had one available. UHaul routed us to Westville, IL to pick up a 26 foot truck, however Eric at that location recommended we try Express Packaging in Danville for a smaller truck. The Danville location had a 20 foot truck come in early so we went to that location and rented the 20 footer on very short notice. Both locations in Westville and Danville were very helpful.

This was my third rental in six months. Express Packaging service was the best by far. Amazing people. Helpful in every way.
CAROL KI rented the trailer in Champaign and received a call the day before saying I had to pick up in Danville. Not convenient. The place was great. The service was great. Just unfortunate I had to drive :45 when I should have had :10 drive.
Sean WEverything was great. The only complaint I have is that I reserved a 26 foot truck but a couple days later the representative called and said it was now unavailable and they would give me a smaller one and give me 10 dollars off on the smaller one but I still paid regular price for the truck I needed up getting.
