I was charged additional charges for the Uhaul and when I called Parrish, I was advised to call U-Haul's customer service about the charges.

I wish I was offered a lock. I don't move that often, and I forgot about buying a lock. I stopped at one gas station and went in and forgot that I left it unsecured. The door was shut, but it wasn't locked, and anybody could have come by and opened up the door and taken my stuff. I wish I was offered a lock; that way I could remember to buy one and use it.
