The only thing was it was dirty and the box of the truck was littered with cigarette butts. I dont think they checked it out after the last person rented it

BJORN TCancel your partnership with this location. Front desk person could barely speak English, made me waste money to ubwr home and grab something in order to get the rental that I didn't even need when I showed back up and double authorized my card. Beyond pissed, reporting Uhaul to BBB for fraud and false advertising as a result.
Jordan LDue to a glitch in system despite having a reservation number they could not find my reservation. I also have yet to receive my invoice via email as promised .
