The clerk handling my sudden walk in service request with no reservations.. I wanted a van asap. She bent over backwards to look after me despite fact she has other jobs with UPS in the same office. I got my van within 25 minutes.. I only needed it to pickup a treadmill and bring to my residence. I returned the van short while later. The same clerk was there and speed ed up my return.. I do not know her name but she was awesome!! Please take not of this awesome employee........ Thank you I will return

Vehicle was not available for the day/time/location I had booked online. Had to rebook for the following day. No rental guarantee was honoured to the booking.
The mobile check in is a horrible experience, I had to use another persons phone as it wouldn't pick up the location on mine. The vehicle was fine, but ‘clean' is not the perfect word to describe it, it was just in used condition, dirt on floor etc;
Both the ladies that helped me were very helpful and kind. Pickup and drop off were both easy and straightforward.

Selected pickup in Halifax. Day of learned it had been switched to Portland St, Dartmouth. Added 30 minute drive both ways to my day, and the additional associated costs. No signs at store indicating U-Haul.
Too many things going on at one time for one person to handle. Computers down when picked up and again on drop off.
The two employees that were involved in this transaction were both professional, helpful and pleasant.
The poor employee had so many things going on with UPS, photo copy documents and answering phone calls plus looking after me. She did ok but this office definitely needs assistance

Van inside smelled very awful. Gas was just under where noted on receipt. Clerk did NOT walk around the van for an inspection with me.
I had to choose "well cleaned", as there is no other option... the van had only 12,000kms, so was new..but could some cleaning. There was dog hair on the seats, dash needs dusting. Once the van is returned, I did not see any intention by the company of "cleaning the vehicle" ...I would rent the again thou.
Cost per km was a little high, but overall satisfied with rental.
