PAOLA NI recently rented a U-Haul truck and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the cabin. It was absolutely filthy inside — food crumbs were all over the seats and floor, there were spilled drinks that hadn’t been cleaned, and a dry, sticky residue coated several surfaces. It was clear that no effort had been made to clean or inspect the vehicle before handing it off to the next customer. I actually had to spend time cleaning the cabin myself before I could even start using the truck. Using a rental truck should not mean sitting in someone else's mess. I expect basic cleanliness, especially when renting from a national company. This experience made an already stressful move even worse. I won’t be using this location again, and I hope U-Haul takes cleanliness and customer care more seriously moving forward.
