Great experience. Only suggestions: I was a little confused about how to use the padlock at drop off. Some instructions with a picture would help. I also had trouble with the links - they wouldn’t work with safari and were still giving me trouble on chrome. Would have liked to have used the app for drop off instead of the internet links. I kept trying to submit the photos at pick up and drop off with much difficulty and repetition.
