If I reserve a dolly, that equipment better actually be there when I get my rental. Not having what I specifically reserved massively screwed up my move.

Jermaine BRepresentative was dismissive. Dolly was not available. Representative stated store wasn’t location responsibility to supply or stock equipment. Would have been nice if they had noted it wasn’t carried at all.
THERESA RRental truck has high mileage, suspension needs work to be done, air conditioning could be better too. Overall this was the worse truck that I’ve rented
