This is my first time ever renting a UHaul and it was very impressive experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service and quality of truck. samantha lWhen I show up to the Rental Drop Off location I was told that it does not accept returns any longer. Spent 30 to 40 minutes on the phone with a U-haul rep to then be asked to drop it off at another location. When I got to the other location, it took me almost 30 minutes to find it because it there were no specific instructions of where this place was located. It was hidding behind and within the Shopping Mall with no indication of how to find it. For this reason, I got to the train station late and was not able to catch my ride back home.
