It was ok. But I had to drive around for a long time because my schedule drop off location was full and couldn't accept my truck then u haul charged me for gas and tolls just because I had to go out my way to find a suitable location to facilitate them. This is the only part that was really unfair to me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery good service. Met me in parking lot and parked the truck. Gentleman was very nice.
Sarah ADon’t try to rip people off and charge them extra for gas when you already put gas in it. I returned it with more than I had when I left. And they charge me to fill it. Thankfully, I had called U-Haul itself and they refunded me the money. Shouldn’t have had to go through all that. The location should’ve took care of it by themselves.
Darren AThe actual store was very shady looking and difficult to find. They did not really have any kind of supplies that someone renting trailers would need.
Charles GUpdate closing time on google maps app.
