The rental experience was great. Unfortunately the furniture Dolly I reserved was not available...but they removed it from my bill and the entire experience was fast and efficient.

Joy HDo not use this location! Please avoid! 1. I was “accidentally” charged an extra $195 from what my price at pick-up said it would be. I was then told that I needed to call the manager myself to request a refund. Keep in mind that I was not shown my rental contract or the final confirmation price before I was charged. I was only asked “Would you be using the same card that you made the reservation with?” and then immediately charged after I said “yes”. Terrible business practice. 2. After receiving the U-Haul, I was not shown how to properly use the Auto Transport. I was not shown how to use the straps, chains, or anything. 3. I asked “Can I leave the Auto Transport here and go load up the U-Haul first?” I was told “No”. After speaking with a relative later that night who works in customer service for U-Haul I was informed that I could and that is usually how things are done. So that created a hassle for me and my family loading up the truck while trying to maneuver an Auto Transport.
Maurice RThese trucks are basically junk; they should be taken out of service. The access ramp got stuck and caused hours of waiting until roadside assistance could provide a partial fix... A real disaster—I don't recommend it. Go to Home Depot; it's better to pay more than to go through so much hassle with this.
Luis PPaid for 10 moving blankets and there were inly 3. Also paid for an appliance dolly and there was only a regular dolly. Gas was at 1/4 tank when I got it. Other than that it was okay.
