The gentleman at the Davie location was fantastic, very efficient and knowledgeable. He made it all so easy. This is my first time ever renting a UHaul and it was very impressive experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service and quality of truck. I highly recommend using the Davie location and will definitely be using UHaul again. 5 stars all around.

samantha lWhen I show up to the Rental Drop Off location I was told that it does not accept returns any longer. Spent 30 to 40 minutes on the phone with a U-haul rep to then be asked to drop it off at another location. When I got to the other location, it took me almost 30 minutes to find it because it there were no specific instructions of where this place was located. It was hidding behind and within the Shopping Mall with no indication of how to find it. For this reason, I got to the train station late and was not able to catch my ride back home.
Ramon VHave the truck where it’s supposed to be originally. And have the service member be a lot more helpful and friendly. Also give me further advance if there’s a change in location. I got a phone call about 30 minutes before. In the phone call they said someone from U-Haul would be texting me in the next few minutes. Nobody ever texted me. I showed up at the original spot and gentlemen had to call and then after that, someone finally texted me for the new location. At the new location, the person behind the desk was not very helpful at all. I’m still not sure if I was charged twice on the same day. I need to find that out. If you can help me, please email me and let me know. Otherwise, I’ll have to call on Monday. My credit card said I was charged twice. Also, they did not have the service pads that I ordered. I did not use them. But I’m not sure they took them off the bill. Again, if you could please show me the itemized bill and also tell me that I wasn’t charged twice. That would be helpful.
