This is my second time renting a U-Haul from this location, and I’m happy to say the staff was much friendlier than during my first visit a few months ago. It’s impressive to see how they’ve improved their service. Great job this time around!

We ordered this online and prepaid online. When we went to pickup we were told it would be almost triple what we already paid. When we dropped off- we were being charged more miles than the contract. I’m not paying for them.

MICHAEL DU-Haul truck was in awful shape and drove poorly. Low tire pressure indicator was malfunctioning. It is abhorrent to charge this much for a dilapidated truck. I would be embarrassed to rent out a truck in this shape and you should be too. Folks at the location were very helpful but the rental truck was pathetic…if you are going to rent out trash, you should charge less…pretty simple.
