Probably not within this location's control, but the Uhaul app is atrocious. It will indicate that a truck is available at one location, but a few hours later (or the next day) someone will call and tell you that you actually have to drive 15 miles away for pickup. The South Davis Storage folks were the only people who would give me a straight answer and were actually helpful!

Brendan LWent by Dixon office x2 and was told someone would call. Never did. Truck was not at booked pick up location. U-Haul needs to do better. Huge inconvenience. Spoke with Carmen. Sacramento office. She hung up on me Diane Williams. Very professional and pleasant but could not assist. Spent over 5 hours dealing with U-Haul on a simple reservation. Unacceptable
