Don't tell me there's no mileage charge for a one way rental, then charge me over $90 for exceding the mileage limit. How about refunding that amount. As far as misinformation goes, you suck.

Check that things like fuel tanks are actually fixed and are not just temporarily patched. The issue I had (multiple gas tank patch failures causing ~20 gallons of leaked gasoline) was manageable because I was in town, but would have been terrible if I was on the highway. Staff was perfectly friendly and helpful, though.
William HTruck was practically brand new - so in really good condition and a better truck than past U-Haul trucks.
Scott WThe vehicle was dirty. And I realized that the speedometer was broken after I left the store. The website would not allow me to upload pictures. This led to me having to say the vehicle was clean just to get through the prompts even though it wasnt.
