How U-Haul Reviews WorkI do not like to leave a bad review. The staff here was excellent. Attentive and helpful. However the 10’ truck was old and not well maintained. It ran well but The exterior was very dirty and the interior was the dirtiest U-Haul i have ever rented. Most like I will not rent from here again.

Nicole BLocation was great and service excellent. But the truck had 150,000 miles on it and was extremely loud, like several blocks away loud. At this price, should have been a newer vehicle.
Charles WProbably not within this location's control, but the Uhaul app is atrocious. It will indicate that a truck is available at one location, but a few hours later (or the next day) someone will call and tell you that you actually have to drive 15 miles away for pickup. The South Davis Storage folks were the only people who would give me a straight answer and were actually helpful!
