They charged two different ($62.56 and $23.60) why did that happened to me ? I paid $62.56 but they charged me other $23.60 for able no reasonable. There no communication!! That's just ripped me off!! I drive this truck during night time. I have hard time to see the mirror because it very foggy!!

shit truckthe truck had an accident on the right side front...I asked specificially is it OK he lied the truck was pulling to the right youcouldnt go more then 50 miles or it started to shake..I was so tired that before the grape wane I had to get hotel soI can rest... also the location is bunch of liers..there was onlu1/4of tank not what they out..I have picture I paid 60 usd for the hotel need you tp pay for this!!!

The only shortcoming it with UHaul ‘central' since I did not receive many credit for the gas. Unrelated to the Davis location - I do have constructive feedback for UHaul that will improve your service levels if you are interested. Please reach out to me and I think I can increase your scores by 60%.

After returning the truck at the same day after just 2 hours using it, somebody opened the gate and took the key and said I will receive the receipt by email, however, the next day, somebody els called me and said where is our truck!

The 2 men running the office were very efficient, helpful and friendly. I am a senior citizen and have a hard time filling out things on line. They assisted me thru each step when I showed up in the office. The van was clean and easy to drive. "Cody" was very helpful and patient. Easy drop off as well. My daughter and I were very pleased with the excellent service!

We used a cargo van on a holiday when the office location was closed. I called to set up the reservation a couple of weeks before the holiday, and they called the day before to confirm the reservation. The cargo van was ready for us when we arrived and the self check-in process was easy (though you do need a smart phone). We did not have any trouble and would use this service again.

The online reservation process seemed easy, but when I got to the site early in the morning, the glitches just kept coming.. I had no idea I had to submit so much extra info through my phone and it seems that my pick up time and phone number had been altered by something. Thank goodness the manager was there on time so that I could finish the process and get moving. He was really helpful. The U-Haul online process for renting was horrible.

The truck was dirty inside and who knows what person used it before me? During a pandemic it should have been wiped down and sanitized but it smelled weird and was dusty inside

The cab had a small amount of garbage from the previous renter. The rubber seals around the driver door were loose and hanging so lots of air noise. I pushed it back in place before leaving for Oregon. The truck ran good.

The technology needs to be more user friendly. This is the 2nd time that I have used the online check in. Way too many problems -- this has been an issue for close to one year. Still not addressed. I plan to follow up on this issue. If this is going to be the process for checking In. Timing out, before the checklist has been completed. Not able to see the screen on the cell phone in sunlight. Damage review email - expired. My question -- how do you as a large business -- expect to have repeat business, if these issues are not corrected -- IMMEDIATELY. In the glove compartment were 2 sweet rolls and a box with an odd looking, yellow fruit inside, left by the last users.. I suggest that this compartment be checked regularly. I had trouble getting the truck out of "park". Like it was IMPOSSIBLE. I called U-Haul, and spent nearly 15 mins being transferred to different people. I hung up & then called 10 mins later. Consistently, no one could tell me how to solve this problem. (The truck manual failed to address it as well.) Ultimately, my husband called a Chevrolet dealer; he solved the problem. You turn the key, press on the "park" button and turn the steering wheel back & forth --- Morale? Don't leave the U-Haul premises without being certain you know how to put vehicle into park and how to take it out of park.
