I returned the truck after hours. I did not interact with any staff. The website instructions say to leave the truck in on the lot. However, the location was gated. After a great amount of stress, I got lucky in that another person was dropping off their truck and told me that I should park the truck on the street. Uhaul should have provided more clear instructions for this location.
